Steve Else is the President, co-founder and Manager of BroadStar Wind Systems. Formerly as CEO of BroadStar, Steve utlized his entrepreneurial skills to define BroadStar's product offering and role in the emerging distributed wind energy arena. He plays a lead client development role for BroadStar’s sales efforts, oversees intellectual property protection and development and speaks widely on renewable energy generation issues.

In addition to being a serial entrepreneur and logistics and supply chain specialist, Steve spent over 20 years as an executive in the technology sector. Steve was an early employee at both Oracle and Ariba, and was instrumental in driving their rapid growth and success. In 2002, Steve ventured into the oil & gas industry, founding BroadStar Energy, a developer of natural gas resources in Texas and Louisiana primarily focused on the Cotton Valley and Haynesville Shale formations.

After a series of successful oil and gas investments, Steve was approached by Tom Stephens about an innovative idea. Steve began funding the patent work on the idea that led to the development of the patented AeroCam wind turbine technology, which forms the core technology of BroadStar Wind Systems.
